Photographic Label Cutting.

As an example of a machine that enjoyed a continuous production run, the 'Rotocut' was produced to fill a need in the photofinishing industry. Used in small to medium sized Photographic laboratories it accepts rolls of processed prints and simultaneously laminates and cuts the prints to produce continuous rolls of peelable self adhesive labels. The production rate is up to 20,000 prints per hour. The machine is unique in using a roller die that is synchronised with the photographic images to ensure accurate cut registration while being easy to operate These machines are currently in service in over ten countries world-wide and have been in production for over 12 years. All design and fabrication was done in house.
